Very nice, cozy atmosphere and perfect location. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The person at the front desk, Mary, helped me plan the cable car tour and was very kind. The day I left, they helped me carry the suitcase to the next block. They were reeeeally nice!

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location is great - right near the Witches' Market. The room was exceptionally clean and the housekeeping did a great job every day. We were on the first floor and it was wonderful to be tucked back and away from the street to keep down the noise of the city.

I really like the feel and look of the whole place, with the red colors, warm dim lighting, and design. It feels old and has special character, and my room felt nice. The shower got nice and hot with strong water pressure. The desk staff was accommodating in checking me in early, exchanging money for me, and booking a taxi for me in the morning. The place feels safe. It's in a great location for walking around to shop, eat, visit the old church, and sightsee.

The hotel staff is amazingly friendly and helpful to hotel guests. The breakfast is amazing, and the rooms are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Naira if you're visiting La Paz, Bolivia!
