Clean , airy , modern with nice restaurant with big windows. Our room was great with lots of space and well appointed bathroom with fridge and a great view of the city The fitness room along with a spa /hot tub and swimming pool was used by us the first day as we acclimatized to the high altitude. Great location as well , close to restaurants and 20 min walk to Teleferico. The staff were wonderful and I would especially like to acknowledge Ernesto who helped me set up an early check in , massages and cab pick up before we arrived . He also was our guide for the rest of the stay and always had a smile on his face . The breakfast buffet was good with many food choices and we particularly loved having the chicken soup for dinner after long days of tours and dealing with effects of the high altitude.

Rooms were exceptionally clean, staff were always on top of things (eg had box breakfast for us on early morning departure; cleaned room the moment we left for tour), breakfast was satisfactory, 24-7 coffee a nice bonus.

Location in safe area , quiet and comfortable, I stayed here 2 times before and after my trip to Uyuni and both time Ms Sheila was the one who encountered me and helped me in everything thanks to her ,

The comfort, location but primarily the staff. They went out of there way to make me feel at hone. Special recognition to Diego my driver, Ernesto at the front desk and Oscar at the restaurant.

Fantastic hotel and unbelievable staff. Everyone bent over backwards to make our stay perfect.
