Очень хороший отель . Понравилось все. К сожалению не получилось позавтракать потому что все время уезжали рано. Хорошее расположение. Вид из окна чудесный, лунна как на ладони и горы видно.
The staff were amazing. I arrived with a broken shoulder following an accident at Lima airport. They were so helpful arranging a doctor, accommodating extra nights stay and generally being caring and attentive. The room was lovely, right next to a shopping centre and cable car station. The views were amazing.
Unfortunately i stayed only one night, but for the price paid is an absolutely stunning hotel.
The staff is incredible, i was really look after at check in (i don’t remember the names of the 2 employees) and the man at the bar was amazing. He let me taste some of the best bolivian drinks, while explaining me the historical side. Breakfast staff also special, looking after me and all the other guest.
In the end, Carla and Daniel, made the checkout really smooth and kept my luggage for two days in deposit, because i had to go on an excursion.
The room has everything and the view on the city is stunning.
Super recommended
I really needed to refresh my energies after a trip to uyuni, and this hotel was amazing in everything! The breakfast was super rich and the room very comfortable and clean :)

A flawless stay from start to finish. The hotel itself is refined and comfortable, but what truly sets it apart is the staff: Marcelo, in particular, was outstanding. Every transfer we arranged was managed with impeccable precision and punctuality. Truly seamless service. Highly recommended.
