Staff are very nice. The porter is exceptionally good- wish I had cash for a tip! He helped chnage my room, chnage my room service order and carried my bags. he was a star.
Rooms nice- i got room 262- it is very far, and the rooms not facing in can have road noise (i was 242, lost of noise from the main road). room service was efficient. I slept well.
The reception staff were very helpful and advised us that a large group was very noisy, going out of their way to provide us with a quiet room. The porter we had was exceptional.
Breakfast has a variety of delicious food staff to choose from.Swimming pool area was spatial and good for relaxation. However, stretchers need some kind of mattress as bare stretchers are not so comfortable.. The staff were very helpful.

The room, the food was amazing. Outside looks gorgeous!! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well. And the decorations as well
