Dan was a very wonderful and helpful receptionist. He had great energy, very talkative and kind. He helped me figure out what to do, and spoke very good english as my portugese is terrible. I really appreciated him.

Great location, very friendly staff, good Brazilian style breakfast, excellent hostel.
The socialization + the staff + the surprisingly comfortable beds. Every single staff member was extremely cool and somebody i'd easily hang out with. They all gave tips and helped make me feel at home and as if I was a long-term resident along with them.
Shout outs to concierge Alan, Paulo, Gabriel and to cleaners Sara and Yoni. There's no way I'm ever going to BH without staying here at least one night.
Good location very close to markets a other places. The private room is really worth it if you can reserve. It has Air Conditioning! first i've seen in Brazil. Also has a great co-working area to work on your commputer.
