This is not the first time I stayed in the hotel, the location is good and the hotel and staff are great!
The shower was amazingly strong, the bed super comfortable.
I forgot my Apple Watch and they returned, honesty was highly appreciated being Brazil.
Although expensive, the available space in the room was awesome, it looks like a flat.
The hotel is somewhere near the Santos seaport.
Everything is very organised and the staff are polite and nice. We didn’t had any problem since the checkin till the checkout. :)
Room size was awesome, we could take a look at the every cuise ships that leaving the bay, the beds size was also perfect. The hotel is near a big shopping mall, It is a rather away to go walking, but it is less than 5 minutes by car.
