The staff was teh best! always helpfull and willing to help. We had some small issues with our room that were promptly resolved by the guys at the front desk.
For just one night, our room was small, compact, and warm and had all we needed. If it were for longer, maybe we'd feel differently. The restaurant had amasing food. The staff was friendly. The shower pressure and temperature were perfect. We chose it because we were on our way elsewhere and didn't want to detour too far away. This place was ideal.
O quarto é muito espaçoso, a localização é ótima, é central e dá pra fazer tudo a pé no centro da cidade. Os funcionários são muito prestativos. Tudo limpo. Só o café da manhã que poderia ser melhor, mas foi ok.
Já, tenho uma certa fidelidade. sempre que vou a pelotas
