Great location, clean, friendly staff and great breakfast options!
I liked everything about Ibis Pouso Alegre especially Isabella's competence and good vibes (the receptionist). Breakfast was great, relaxing shower, confy bed, silent room. Everything was great.

Samuel was the nicest receptionist ever, he made sure all our needs were met and made us feel trully welcomed. The place was well designed and the shopping center at walking distance was very convenient.
