The breakfast was fruit which is always yummy. And eggs and some types of bread. We enjoyed.
The staff were unbelievably nice. Everyone was so sweet, you felt like you were at a family members house. They were so helpful and kind and made you feel so at home. The location was beautiful - a stunning view at breakfast. Make sure to get a boat to here directly from the mainland and it’s not too expensive. It feels quite private and secluded here which is amazing - also there are multiple restaurants and a tiny shop so not too isolated!
Monica is a great and attentive host. Our room was small but still comfortable enough. The location is perfect, great view to the beach and ocean and just a couple of steps to jump in the water. highly recommended
Great stay at Canto do Mar. The hotel is just steps from the beach, perfect for dips in the sea or listening to the sound of the waves when you rest. It had a nice terrace with a beautiful view of the bay, ideal to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset. My room was comfortable and well-equipped with air conditioning, a fridge, and a shower, and the bed was cozy. Monica and Marcelo, the owners, were warm, welcoming, and always available to help. Highly recommended!
The owner and all staff membres were exceptionally friendly. They took time to explain things, they took time with us too, advised on activities we could do (diving, hiking, snitching spots and so on) and helped out whenever needed. My dream was to eat a a jack fruit before leaving the island. There were trees all over the place but none in the shop and it’s not easy to get this 30kg fruit from the three top. Monica, the owner, managed to get me one !!!! It was amazing !!!!
