i experienced problems with very noisy neighbours at 5 in the morning and called the reception about it. Concierge was on the floor in a couple of minutes to handle the situation. which he did successfuly 1/Low sound proof: you hear everything going on outside or in other rooms. 2/Mattress was not comfortable.

In a great area. Close to the centre yet had a local vibe in the streets round about it. Very comfortable beds and a good choice of teas & coffee in room. The entrance and lobby are beautiful and it's pleasant to have a drink in the bar and look down on the Christmas tree. Would go back again.
