I have two complaints my room was not ready until almost 6pm and even though I was told at check in since I was alone I would not be charged $22 a day but $12 a day and I was charged $22 a day even though I was alone. Other than that everything was great. I spent most of my time at the pool. I loved the 2 levels of the space. I liked going on the balcony and being able to see the pool and beach. The food at the restaurants was good. I loved the tacos. Drinks are very weak! I felt very safe as a female traveling alone. I would stay again if I was able to find a good deal. When I finally arrived in my room housekeeping did leave trash in my room. Many people did not wear mask while laying at the pool or walking around the resort. I guess having to have a Covid test before coming people felt comfortable. I was masked up the entire time unless I was in the pool or eating. Food was good service was ok, the waiter seems overwhelmed and I had to wait 20 mins just to order a take out, that was a turn off. Loved the 2 levels and 2 TVs , the bathroom being at the front door was annoying when you are in the loft and have to go. There was trash left in my room from house keeping WiFi was slow and would cut off
