Great clean room with friendly owners. It is located a bit outside of the center in a note quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for us after being in the noisy city all day.

Walking distance to the river, center and old market. Spacious and comfy room. Clean bed sheets. Quiet at night. Kind staff
It's a minor thing that most people probably wouldn't care about, but this places has the best smelling bedsheets/towels ever.
It's more like a little apartment than a hotel per se, but this is a bonus for a lot of people as you have a lot of privacy. The only downside for me is that it does not offer breakfast and/or have other amenities that a hotel would offer.
But BEST value for money if you are out the whole day and just need a bed to sleep.
The owner was very quick to respond via Zalo the day of my trip so I could check in late in the evening without worrying. Her husband greeted me and let me into the room.
The room was immaculate and the water pressure for the shower was good. Towels and washing products were included.
