One of the staff members speaks Mandarin, which was such a nice surprise!
I wanted to take a moment to commend you on the outstanding customer service and the cleanliness of my room during my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, your staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, providing a welcoming and relaxing environment.
The staff for incredibly friendly and professional the room was a great deal!
The place is clean and neat. The receptionists are very helpful, to name a few Jane, Qwuen and Lan.
The hotel is in the center of Da Nang. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had a lot of options. The rooftop pool was beautiful.
