Staff were all very welcoming and attentive. Everyone was ready to assist and answered our questions thoroughly.
We had a great experience. My khe beach was close by in around 2 min. The location was accessible and there were lots of shops, cafes and restaurants just one step away. The service of the staff was excellent. They explained each and everything in a clear way, making us comfortable.We got a free massage option along with the stay.
Loved the rooftop pool and reception. Amy and Chloe are the best of the best. They’re all amazing staff though, truly. Everything is very clean and high standards. Lovely hotel room, great amount of space, cozy bathtub, lots of pillows in a comfy bed with great AC! I would stay again.
Location was great. It was just a block away from the beach and there are a lot of cute restaurants and cafes around. Breakfast could be better though.
The Receiptionist name Phuong My is very friendly and help me alot. I forgot my changer when checked out, she help me to send to my company. She is really an excellent staff for the hotel
