The breakfast was excellent, with lots to choose from. The staff were exceptional, Tri, Trinh and Trang certainly go out of their way to assist you with anything you may require. The pool deck, the gym and the pool were really great too.

Hotel was great - staff were friendly and helpful, the room was a bit small (but understandable for a hotel in the city) but definitely sufficient space for the 2 of us. I really liked the hotel room design, it was like fairytale + forest themed and we had a huge bathtub which was nice. The location was also highly convenient and close to the Ben Thanh markets and Takashiyama shopping mall. I would especially like to call out Anh Trinh who was very helpful and caring for us during our stay - one time we had leftover cake in the room which resulted in ants crawling all over the coffee table, he helped us immediately get staff to do a clean-up while we went out for dinner. He also looked after our suitcases post check-out and carried it to the Grab car for us. The hotel spa service was also very good value for money, highly recommend. The hotel also gave us a special 'happy honeymoon' cake to celebrate our honeymoon trip so thank you!
