The security guards Nghia and Khanh were super friendly and helpful. They gave us cold drinks and carried our luggages. They made our stay more memorable and comfy.

Mr. Sam is a very kind and generous and responsible staff member. It's a clean and nice hotel with beautiful views. It's very convenient especially in service cars and money change.

We ended up at this hotel due to a wrong booking at their sister hotel, hence this wasn’t our first choice and it was the weekend of Iron Man so we didn’t have too many options. Location is great, close to so many restaurants, supermarket etc. The staff was beyond friendly. Just genuinely happy to help with anything. The hotel had everything you need for a city break. They booked a scooter for us and had so many excision options.

The staff was very friendly and helped us out wherever they could. We also really liked the location as it is located in a neighborhood where many locals live, which results in nearby restaurants and shops being authentic and of high quality.

Good location, which is really close to the airport and famous bridges. It's also convenient because of locating in the centre of the city.
