The lobby of the hotel is a bit alarming as it was under construction when we stayed, but the rooms were as pictured on Booking.com and was a comfortable enough stay. Very easy to find and to walk to various restaurants, beaches, scooter rentals, and the docks. What really brought the stay up to 5 stars was Mr Hung, the host while we were there. He was very welcoming, friendly, and attentive, and went out of his way to assist us. It was super easy booking tours and travel to our next destination through him, and he also provided a laundry service and went out of his way to get the clothes back to us clean, warm, and dry that same evening, despite it typically taking 24-hours (which I didn't realize before requesting the service). He also helped us book the highlight of our Vietnam trip, our Lan Ha Bay cruise with Tran Nguyen, and for that we are very grateful! Mr Hung was super helpful contacting booking services for us and ensuring we had a great stay.

Everything!!! The staff is simply amazing! We had a great stay. It is right in the center. Need to mention the staff again, they will assist you with everything and their English is very good. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will definitely stay here again!
