The view from our room which is beach view was amazing! The amenities were good. The staffs are accomodating and smiles always.

The location is good The ocean is right across the street. The breakfast buffet is very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Great sunrise views. I will return. This is my second stay at this hotel.

The service from the manager and staff was exceptional. They had a lot of groups to manage as it was extremely busy with high season, but they solved some small challenges I had with the safe and forgetting my key card with kindness and a smile. The room I booked had an amazing view, and the bath was lovely. Large glass windows with fantastic views. This is a mid budget place, but the service and room facing the ocean and Lady Buddha make it a winner for me. Thank you to the staff for their hard work, kindness, and patience. I'll definitely be back.

Room 906. If you can get that room, book this hotel. That room (sometimes called the honeymoon suite) has a magnificent balcony - larger than most hotel rooms themselves. That balcony is unique and makes staying there a great option. As for other rooms, I cannot comment. But if you want to have a couples weekend, the balcony and ocean view from the bathtub is great. Room 906 is the one you want.

This was my second time staying here; and we kept extending with the hotel to stay longer; we love the room with big windows ocean view, breakfast has a lot of choices, cleaning staff was excellent. I truly thankful for Hana ( front desk) she truly sweet and helpful. Highly recommend Grand Gold hotel for your next trip.
