The staff is super friendly and helpful. Without being asked, they cleaned my muddy shoes after a hike. They let me in the room earlier than check-in time. They booked a transfer and taxi for me. All of this, free of charge. Very generous. Last but not least, they let me pay with a credit card without the 3% surcharge typical in Vietnam. It is super central, good value for money.

If I go on holiday again to Sapa, Vietnam, I will definitely back to stay here again
We used it for a day use because we arrived in sapa very early and needed to take a shower and rest a bit. It is good value for the price and quite central. But don't expect too much.
The receptionists were always really friendly and ready to give us suggestions about what to do in Sa Pa. They also respected our wish to not book any tours and gave us other valid options.
Our room was very comfortable and clean and the hotel is at a very good position, close to Sa Pa SSB as well.
