Clean and big room
wifi is fast
the staff at the receptionist able to speak english!
The room is spacious, clean and comfy. The dining area has a wonderful view. There is also a small gym. The location is great.
But the best feature of this hotel is its hospitality managers. The ladies are incredibly kind, smiling, and helpful. We are especially grateful to Thao!
The location is great and easy to walk to all the sightseeings. The staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful, Thao is the best hospitality manager.
