The Location is 10mins walk to saigon train station very convenient, walking distance to most bust stops, food stalls, money changers, coffee shops, barbershops.
The facility is ok for the value that you paid for, the size of the room is decent, hot and cold shower is working and so as the good water pressure, bed was clean and comfortable to sleep in. Towels, basic toiletries are provided, wifi signal is decent, storage spaces are decent for a solo traveler. The room was also clean.
Booked it for the night before we took the train and everything was just fine. Building is a bit older but the condition is fine.
