Fabulous staff including Jenny, Lily and Sally. Thanks to all staff! Discount for and availability of spa facilities. I have stayed at this property before and felt like the welcome mat was rolled out for us.
Buffet breakfast has numerous options and was very good.
The location was fantastic. Amenities were good enough for us. The bed was comfy and the pillows were good.
Pool, spa treatment, room view and comfort, staff was very attentive, breakfast variety, overall vibe was very comfortable.
The location is wonderful within steps of the old town and bars/restaurants but not loud. The staff is absolutely kind and incredible! The breakfast is good but not many western choices.
The location is ideal in that it is only meters from the old town, yet far enough that it does not have the crowds from the night activities to contend with. The breakfasts were excellent. The most superior aspect of this hotel was the staff. So attentive, so pleasant, so polite and extremely helpful and welcoming. The staff manager (Sally) and the crew working with her were absolutely the best. This hotel and staff are a highlight of our visit to Vietnam. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.
