Our family had a truly wonderful stay at Lotte Hotel Saigon. From the moment we arrived, thanks to the complimentary airport transfer, we felt welcomed by the elegant atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff.
The rooms are exceptionally spacious, perfect for families, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need. Many even offer fantastic Saigon River views. The hotel's facilities are excellent, especially the large outdoor swimming pool, which was a huge hit. We also appreciated the convenient on-site dining options.
The location is superb, right by the Saigon River and within easy walking distance of major attractions, making city exploration a breeze. Lotte Hotel Saigon perfectly blends luxury with family comfort, and their attentive staff made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for any family visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

At first, I thought this was just an older hotel. But from the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was pleasantly surprised. The architecture and interior design are thoughtfully crafted – with elegant, calming tones that create a warm yet modern atmosphere.
What truly stood out was the service. Every staff member, from the reception to housekeeping, was genuinely friendly, attentive, and professional. Their hospitality made a real difference.
My favorite part: the hotel gladly offered a room with an extra-large bed, which was perfect since I was traveling with a kid. That small gesture made our stay so much more comfortable.
