Really beautiful hotel in a great location, it rained most of the time we were here so we ended up spending quite a bit of time at the hotel and it was very cozy and comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful and even packed us a takeaway breakfast because we had to leave early on our check out day. We enjoyed a tasty dinner here as well and the pool table was a massive bonus for relaxing evenings.
It has a very homey feeling. Quiet and peaceful. The staff are really friendly and will always answer you with a smile. The room is very big and very spacious. Breakfast (french toast) is really good. Thanks to all the lovely staff.
Very beautiful property in Sapa. The room is very nicely decorated, clean and spacious, with a soft mattress and local Hmong decors. The hotel has a very nice ambience.
We arrived to Sapa at 6am and they let us do an early check in for a small fee (250k) at that time. This might depend on room availability though.
The location is very nice for those looking for a quiet place. You are 10 min walking from the church and the train station to fansipan. You also have some nice restaurants and cafes 5 min walking.
The staff is very kind and helpful. Moon and the other receptionist (sorry, I forgot her name 🙈) were very attentive to us. The latter helped us getting a cab when we were super late to catch our bus to Hanoi. If you are reading this, we made it!!! Thanks for all your help.
We love the vibe at Maison de Sapa, it’s centrally located and a 10 minutes walk into town. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The lobby is a very cozy place to hang out in the evening. A shoutout to Moon and Nhu, they are very helpful, friendly and always eager to assist. Would definitely recommend Maison de Sapa!
It was a wonderful two nights here at Maidon de Sapa. I was received the warmth hospitality from Nhu and Moon. They are very lovely. I always see them with a smile, and that make me feel very welcome.
This place will be my favorite place and will come back here every time when I visit Sapa. It’s my home here in Sapa. The location is perfect, not right in the city centre but the distance is very walkable around 5-8 mins. The room is sooooo lovely and have a lot of space in the room. The facilities provide in the room are excellent also!!
