Excellent location — right in the center of Da Nang. I really enjoyed the hotel service and the staff.
I had to work from the hotel, and they kindly arranged a spot for me in the dining area where I could work comfortably.
Special thanks to Kane - he was very helpful and always ready to assist. I truly hope the hotel recognizes and appreciates his hard work!
Breakfasts were delicious - you can order an omelet or fried eggs, and they were very tasty.
The beach is also relatively close.
The room size is huge! Breakfast had so many choices. Just few minute walking distance to the beach
All employees are good, Brian is a special one, he is a good staff and very helpful , we enjoyed every moment when we stayed in the hotel
Good location. Clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful specially Brian.
We requested a family room for 3 adults. The bed was comfy and the restroom was nice and spacious. We had asked if we could drop off our luggage 2 hours before check-in and it was difficult for them to respond through text and call. Buffett had plenty of options to pick from.
