Solidly built, well-thought out establishment, wonderful room, bed, and fabulous shower (once it was turned on).
With such reasonable cost, I wasn't expecting a luxury stay. Instead, I had a good chance to enjoy the sense of being at home. Thanks the owners and staffs!
The hotel owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful!
Lovely clean rooms. The receptionist upgraded our room free of charge so that we could get a larger room with a balcony overlooking the dock. The hotel was situated right next to the dock where our Ha Long Bay day cruise ended which made it ideal for an overnight stay. The hotel is not too far from the city and getting a grab (uber) into the city was very easy for an evening out. The hotel was also within walking distance from the ferry that took us to Cat Ba Island the next day.
