The staff really freindly. All of rooms were clean.

The location is great, just enough to dive in local life and not in the middle of tourist place. Nearby streets are full of local vendors and food, really convenient for exploring local culture and street food. It is also close enough to walk to the famous tourist places in central District 1.

Moka's House is a great spot, especially for solo or budget travelers, near a lot of the highlights of Saigon. It's on a side street off of a main road, so it's very quiet at night but within convenient walking distance to many things. I stayed for 6 nights and my room was quite comfortable. The AC worked well, I had hot water in the shower, there was shampoo and body gel provided, and the host provided me with bottled water upon my arrival. I was also able to have my laundry done once as a part of my stay. I would definitely stay again.

Host was extremely friendly and welcoming. She thought we were traveling with a young child and prepared an extra bed. Even though, it was just the two of us, it was a nice touch. The home is down a quiet alley but a short walk from lots of good cafes and restaurants.
