Greatly value and friendly staff. Rooms aren’t the biggest, but it’s not bad if you’re looking for a cheaper option.
We booked the family room with a balcony. Everything was so perfect! Really good value and very near to Bui Vien Walking Street. There are a lot of convenienece stores that open 24 hours. Everything you need is accessible. Will definitely stay here again if we travel back to Ho Chi Minh City
Near from market, different shops, mall, and restaurant. The receptionist, rachel was very helpful. I will definitely go back here.
The location was close to everything! Max of 15min walk. Loved that despite being in the middle of everything, there wasn't much noise (good soundproof walls?). Staffs were nice and friendly. The place is a bit hidden in the alley, so your taxi driver will have to stop by the road side. The room was nice and tidy (a bit of ware and tear of course but pretty well maintained). The ac is a slow starter but it'll eventually get there, have some patience. House keeping is great (we forgot to put our sign out for cleaning and asked them after the cleaning hours and they still did it for us....AWESOME SAUCE!)
I had a family room which had great size and a balcony, it was on the 2nd floor so the water pressure was not an issue. A friend who stayed at the upper level was having troubles with the shower because of the low pressure. But for me it was all good.
