The staff were so kind and helpful! The hotel staff upgraded our room at check in, which was so nice of them! Our room was huge, perfectly clean and had a great view! The breakfast and coffee were delicious. The location was great, a close walk to town center but far enough away to not hear the noise from the events going on when we stayed there. The pool area and rooftop bar were under renovation but it has an awesome view. We loved our stay here.

The location is convenient, as it is situated close to Sapa town, allowing for easy exploration without needing transportation. Nearby tourist attractions include Sapa town, Sapa Lake, Moana Sapa, the Viettrekking restaurant, Sapa Market, and more. Guests can enjoy hot and cold water from the faucets and shower, as well as the convenience of local stores, cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby. Additional amenities include tea and coffee, tissues, towels, access to a free hair dryer, a safety deposit box, a refrigerator, a water kettle, bottled water, hangers, a table, and seating. The breakfast included is a buffet for anyone with Vietnamese food and international cuisines.

The room is clean, cozy and decorated beautifully. Our room even has a large glass window with a breathtaking view to the mountain so it was kinda chill. The staff is very supportive and friendly, he even gave us restaurants and sightseeings recommendations.

Location was great! The employees are very sweet and friendly. We got upgraded at the start of our stay to a better room which was really nice. Breakfast is good and overall a comfortable stay.
