The pool is beautiful and shady, located in between both wings of the building for maximal shade. The larger of the room sizes seemed right for two people, with a small kitchenette (not well stocked with cooking items, but serviceable). 'The views of the sea and of the pool were spectacular.
The location is great, just 3mins to Tan Thanh beach and quite near An Bang beach. Tan Thanh beach is more peaceful than An Bang. Love the vibe here, especially the lovely garden with beautiful seaview. Breakfast buffet was good.
Lovely boutique hotel by the sea. Great location to get of the busyness of Hoi An.

Lovely little boutique hotel near the beach. Staff very friendly and attentive. Comfortable sleep, with good breakfast options available. Very clean. Beach at the back of the hotel has unfortunately been destroyed by recent typhoons, but you can easily access the beach with a short walk.
