Lovely clean comfortable place with a lovely pool for relaxing by. Close to lake which is nice to walk around

Very large room with a firm bed ,nice balcony space and a good shower. Staff were warm and welcoming. Breakfast offered a lot of choices.

Johnny Mings was the best. He took care of everything, giving us information, helping us book transportation, carried our luggage up and down three floors. I admire the hardworking people in Vietnam, such as Johnny. Not only did he do his job well, he did it with finesse and dedication. This is a family business, with family members sharing the common space, which made the hotel feel homey and safe. It was really nice to be able to see how the locals lived. The location was perfect for us. It was within walking distance from everything we needed, the harbor for the boat ride, the market for fresh produce, and numerous restaurants and shops.

Such a lovely family run hotel. The rooms are light, clean and airy, aircon works great, scooter rental was hassle free and breakfast was delicious. The location is really ideal, close to excellent restaurants and the boat tour. The father, Hung, was so so sweet and cheery and we communicated via google translate while have tea outside. The son, Johnny, was helpful and kind. I couldn't find a taxi when arriving in Ninh Binh and called him and he sent someone to pick me up right away. Very appreciate the help! Definitely recommend staying here. The value/price ratio is excellent.

the location was very central, and the property had a bunch of amenities (airport shuttle, motorcycle, etc) that were super well priced. the staff was also super friendly and breakfast was great!!! bed was comfortable as well and ac was strong
