Great welcome by a sweet and helpful lady with whom you can communicate through a translator app. Big and clean room with top-notch modern equipment (fridge, AC, working table and comfortable chair) and high quality bathroom with hot shower. Little shared kitchen on the ground floor and lots of affordable restaurants and cafes around. Fast and affordable laundry service (done in some hours for 50000 VND). Welcoming neighbourhood with kind people. I came for one night and extended my stay. Best place I've been in Vietnam.

The most welcoming host, and very authentic experience on nearby streets. Street food and coffee on every corner for the lowest price we saw. Rooms are quite new and clean, air conditioned and well supplied. Definitely recommended!
