Most friendly man I've ever met. Drove me around with his bike to the bank and shop. Rented a scooter and when I had problems with the scooter he ubstabtly replaced it with another.
Excellent facilities with a peaceful balcony. The price is reasonable.

This is a nice place to stay, clean and quite premises, comfy bed to sleep.
It has good links to the city centre or travel around Ho Chi Minh. Close to the airport with 20 minutes of can drive.
The owner will help you if you need assistance. Supermarket and food stalls a couple of minutes distance away. Bus 36 will take to city centre and major attractions.
I liked the balcony, helpfull staff, it was really clean. And the WiFi was really amazing!.
