Great location, everything is near by, beach is close, restaurants

The hotel is very new and the hardware is in good quality, with good lake view. The host is very helpful too. Our plan was changed a few times and he helped to change our bus and tour tickets.

Great location- nice clean hotel. Only issue was they didn’t replace the soap or bath mat when cleaning, or make up the beds

There are no words to describe the wonderful service they provide to their guests. Their welcome and care for guests is beyond amazing, the staff are always enthusiastic to advise in detail about the options of activities in Cat Ba Island, and always provide the most truthful and convenient information for us. What's special is that the staff always respond very quickly when we have questions via WhatsApp. We booked tickets to visit Lan Ha Bay here at a very good price, and the experience was great and comfortable. They also provide motorbike rental service and note down beautiful places for us to visit by motorbike. Overall: Delicious breakfast, Room space is very airy and comfortable, Lake view is very beautiful, Bed is also comfortable, Room facilities work well. We confidently recommend this hotel!

This hotel is located opposite the lake, the view is very beautiful and peaceful, the room is very nice and clean, the breakfast here is a la carte very delicious, the staff is very nice and helpful. We were introduced to the Lan Ha Bay excursion, the experience is very epic. Around the hotel are restaurants with very good prices, and convenience stores. About 8 minutes walk from the center. and Tung Thu Beach is very peaceful near the hotel
