My family liked the staff, they were nice and accommodating, my son likes the pizza and the morning buffet was good, the dinner buffet was pretty good. My wife and mother in law liked it and they are picky eaters. The view is nice depending on which view you get, The morning view of the ocean is nice but at night the city view is nice, so you have to pick which view you want to see. The pool is big and there is also an indoor pool which is nice when it rains outside.

We had the amazing time of our holiday at Vinpearl, the location was fabulous and the property almost out of this world. The Pool was great and so were the private islands. Breakfast was wholesome and what a spread, it was. The head chef made sure he walked around and ensured everybody got what they wanted. The property was just amazing at night and the transport speedboat every half and hour, was just great so we could step out anytime. On the whole, we loved the property and the entire experience we had at the hotel.

Beautiful resort, amazing staff, delicious food, amazing view of Halong Bay. Beds were super comfortable. Best I’ve slept in Asia. The room was gorgeous and had a great ocean view. We also had the body scrub and facial at the spa and both were amazing. Very well priced and we felt pampered the whole time.

Great breakfast and good coffee. The lunch and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of options. The staff was very attentive, and everyone appeared well-informed about my profile and my family's needs.

Very beautiful location with stunning grounds. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. We enjoyed the outdoor pool area, clean beach and indoor jacuzzi.
