The location and facility were a good value in a good location. The location was away from the street and loud nightlife noises. It was easy to find and easy to got to and from the unit. There is unlimited bottled water available by refilling your bottles from a central location next to the office. The room was nice and clean. Laundry services were available and they actually returned items the same day evenh though they promise next day return.

It is close to everything..it's also quiet very nice ..nice stuff .. very helpful.. if I visit Ho Chi Minh city again .. would stay here again
The room is not new but clean. Although it's a budget homestay but the room is quite and smells fresh. I mean no smell of air freshener, no musty humid smell, just smells fresh. The bed is comfortable. There is also an elevator so you don't have to walk up the stairs.
Good location, great stuff, clean. All kitchen utilities.
