Excellent Hotel. One of the best hotels in Antigua. Excellent location, very comfortable rooms, and the staff treatment was exceptional.
Cleanliness,comfort and very accommodating service staffs.
The amenities were very well taken care of. I loved the hot coffee available and the grounds were taken care of. But overall, the hotel was amazing and I would definitely book another room when I return to Guatemala.
This hotel is breathtaking. We didn’t know what to expect but it was absolutely stunning, the staff were incredibly pleasant and the food was delicious. They were so helpful in arranging food for our early morning tour, and even helped facilitate transport to lake atitlan when our shuttle last minute cancelled. Can’t recommend this place enough
Top of the line hotel across the board. But quite expensive for Guat.
