Is a beautiful place inside of Semuc Champey, pretty little wooden houses. Lovely workers they are so kind and helpful .The portal has an outdoor pool with great temperature to use at sunset or at night after the tours.
Excellent location to the ponds, caves and waterfalls, swimming pool was a lovely addition
Location is just a few steps away from the park, staff is very friendly, and rooms were spacious enough (We had rooms for 3 persons with private toilet), and the facilities in general were good.
The only kind of negative side is that there were no ventilators (or A/C) in the rooms and it was very hot already in March, but I can understand it as electricity is via a generator a few hours a day. (And almost sure non of the hotels near by have them)
The location chill vibe were everything I wanted/needed.
Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing. Our guide was extremely friendly and kind he sure did make our experience even better.
