I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel in Guatemala. The staff was warm and welcoming, the walk to the square was easy, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Every detail, from the cozy rooms to the delicious local cuisine, made me feel special. It was truly an unforgettable and heartwarming experience.
Location was great. Water was really hot when it worked.
The support and help provided by the staff, excellent communication and service. I had a late arrival and they waited till then , which is highly appreciated ☺️
No every one had a smrt phone To connect to wifi therefore it is necessary to have television for information news' weather etc.
