The place exceeded our expectations. The room had fragrance plug-ins and a hair dryer (both unexpected). A really lovely and beautiful experience. Very nice ceiling fan!

Love this hotel! The location is perfect, the beds are pretty comfortable and it is pretty quiet. But the best part is the view - on a clear day, you can see Volcan Aqua right there and the other volcanos a little in the distance. The staff are lovely as well.

The property was absolutely gorgeous and clean. The staff went above and beyond for us in many ways. It was myself and my two teenage sons. We enjoyed our time very much.

Location is great, just off the main plaza. Rooms are dated, but for the cost it was very clean and spacious. All staff was fantastic.

Cannot be in a better location, a minute walk to the park and a few minutes to the famous arch. There are restaurants, tiendas/shops, and a pharmacy across the street, so any of the "basics" you might need is easy to get. The staff were very kind, helpful, and patient with our limited Spanish speaking abilities. Though the area is very busy, we did not have any street noise (room 8). The view from the rooftop is as good as any rooftop we checked out in Antigua. The room (8) was very basic with dim lighting, and the mattress needs to be replaced. If the mattress, furniture, and lighting were updated, then the hotel is almost 5*.
