The private rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very enjoyable. The upgraded room was a pleasant surprise. The dorm bathroom was large but lacked hand soap and towels. Location-wise, the town is charming but more suited for a short, one-night stay before moving on. Wi-Fi was excellent, and the front desk and cleaning crew were friendly and helpful.
Beautiful rooms. Great food and drinks for a good price available. The pool was clean. The staff was nice

I loved the hospitality of the staff and staying in the cabin was super cute!
We loved the location of the hotel. It was an easy walk to the malecon. The room was very very spacious , clean and nicely decorated. We had a mini fridge in the room. The hotel offers activities/ classes, which was a great opportunity to learn about Guatemalan culture and meet new people. They have so much to offer, and Balter the social coordinator is amazing!!
