Das Apartment ist unglaublich schön gelegen. Der hintere Ausgang befindet sich direkt am Strand. Zu Fuß nach Binz Mitte sind es etwa 15-20min einfach die schöne Promenade entlang.
Zudem gibt es eine schöne Bar, abends meist musikalische Unterhaltung, Billard und Airhockey und das Schwimmbad ist auch sehr schön aufgebaut, wenn auch das Wasser ein bisschen wärmer sein könnte.
