I received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The studio was surprisingly spacious and beautifully furnished. I was especially pleased that my dog was also warmly welcomed - something I'm not used to when staying in hotels.
Breakfast was fresh and well-prepared. The hostess who served breakfast and greeted the guests was highly professional and impressively fast. She worked like a high-speed train and kept everything running smoothly.
All in all, a pleasant experience in a welcoming and well-organized place to stay.
Third person bed located in a separate room. Good for a smaller child max 12 yrs

We spend one night here every year because Passau is halfway to our destination. We really like this hotel because it is close to the centre. It has a car park, which is not overpriced. Dogs are allowed for a small fee too. We always get a spacious room and the small kitchen is very well equipped. The staff are friendly, if we meet them, as they are only available between 8 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. Otherwise, there is self check-in.
