An outstanding experience! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well-appointed. The price is quite reasonable. Breakfast was included, with excellent choices, served in a lovely dining area with indoor and outdoor tables and a brilliant view. While the hotel is in a business area of Augsburg, and near the highway, the thick walls and doors keep everything very quiet. We also had a lovely balcony. Air-conditioning and elevators are so greatly appreciated, as some of our guesthouses in Germany and Austria had neither. The hotel is convenient to eateries and shopping. The staff is charming and efficient! Between my meager Deutsch and their good English, check-in (and out) was a breeze. Keep doing what you're doing, Reiner Bauch and Staff!! Perfektion! Vielen Dank!
