- Good location very near the Domplatz
- Clean, comfortable room
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The receptionist (including Stein and a nice young lady) always tried to assist us with our needs. In addition to that the hotel had beautiful rooms with historical furniture and the location is right in the city center at the Dom.
This family-owned hotel is the perfect place for anyone looking to stay at a beautiful, cozy and clean place. Being close to the tram station and the city centre makes it exceptional. It’s also close to many great restaurants, shopping centres and much more!
The breakfast is so delicious and has a variety of options and the employees are the most friendly and the nicest people. They go the extra mile to help and make sure the guests are comfortable and have a great stay.
Thanks so much to the lovely and helpful staff and we cannot wait to stay here again!
A splendid location on the corner of Domplatz. Also on tram route through town to the station.
The reception was smart and staff were friendly and helpful, suggesting places to see and things to do in Erfurt and the surrounds. A water machine dispensing still and sparkling water was available all day in the light and airy breakfast room.
The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was supremely comfortable.
