Fantastic location, friendly staff, good Bavarian style breakfast, and most helpfully, when we asked about a laundromat at breakfast, the hostess offered to do our wash instead. It was done, folded, and on our bed five hours later for a small fee.
Location and staff was excellent and room was clean
No elevator so carrying luggage can be difficult. Good location and has a good restaurant and decent breakfast.
The location was exactly what we were looking for. Right next to the castle and right next to the border with Austria. We had a fabulous lunch across the street from the hotel and an amazing dinner at the hotel. We loved our night there!
Very cute old building, the lady at the front desk was very kind. She spoke no English but we managed to figure things out. Breakfast was really good and she (same lady from check in the night before) was very sweet and attentive.
