The staff was very kind and friendly. Perfect location and great rooms
Amazing location at the top of a tobogganing route with no car access (45 min hike!). When it snows it’s magical! You can hire toboggans to go down and as hotel guests you’re often the first so it’s less busy on the morning run.
We had a family room - one bunk bed and a double bed. Very compact but did the job.
The breakfast is really great quality and varied (all self service in a small room that gets quite busy). Again no staff around for this /no front of house so feels a bit un managed but it still works.
Such great experience we’ve had at this hotel: from the start of our journey, hotel service and surrounding around the alps. Definitely will come back.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, best frittes ever. Breakfast lived up to its high reputation, exceptional. The location was great with fantastic views. Highly recommend.
Cozy rooms in a very nice location, close to many trekking routes. Breakfast was perfect.
