Able to accommodate large amount of people.
Clean
Half an hour easy tram ride (Euro 3.5 one way) to the city center. Near the apartment, you can walk along the River Rhine nature trail. If you walk to Kassellberg, there is a nice bistro, beautiful church (St. Amandus)and a nice farm shop (Gerd Fuchs & Sohn), all within an hour-walk. Bakeries are one minute walk, where you can buy or eat fresh bread from 7:00 AM. Supermarket is next to the bakery.
Quiet neighbourhood, not too far from the main roads. Big apartament so everyone can have their space.
The size and amenities were perfect. Very simple to get in and out with the coded door, and two good sized bathrooms.
