Large, well-appointed rooms, very comfortable beds, professional staff. The location is a brief walk from Cologne Central Station, no need for a cab.
The hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a modern and elegant lobby. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, and the location was excellent—close to the main train station and city center.

The hotel felt very luxurious and I’m not used to luxury. The security made sure to watch my luggage when I had to use the restroom in the lobby.
