Well laid out and very comfortable. Every thing worked and was in good order. Able to unload right outside the property and then move to good parking allocated space. Huge lounge dining kitchen area. Outside seating area but we didn’t use it. We used the local bus to get into Passau, it stops and turns round about 250 metres up the road. On both occasions the bus driver waved our fair, still not sure why this should be. Dropped of right in the centre of town with lots of shops and eateries.
If you like walking it is fantastic. I used an app called Komoot there are many hikes from the house to the river through the forest where they are well signed. Also many cycle routes. We were there for the WRC without borders event. Ideally situated for all three countries.
